Too Close to Call: Three Pivotal Political Campaigns in Oregon History: The 1910 governor’s race between Oswald West and Jay Bowerman; The 1954 U.S. Senate contest pitting Guy Cordon and Richard Neuberger; and, The 1968 U.S. Senate contest between Wayne Morse and Robert Packwood.

Marsh is the Author of "To the Promised Land: A History of Government and Politics in Oregon", OSU Press, May 2012.This book is the first comprehensive history of state government (the Legislature) and politics. This book is available at the Forum for sale/signing for those who may be interested. Cost: $29.95
