The Washington County Public Affairs Forum features features Kevin Howard from Tualatin Valley Community Television Tualatin Valley Community Television at February 3rd, 2014 Noon program.
Kevin D. Howard has over 12 years of professional television/film production experience as a director, editor, producer and more than 6 years teaching experience in the field. With a B.A. degree in Film & Media Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Kevin worked for several years for 20th Century Fox, in Hollywood, CA, on both film and television productions, such as “Malcolm in the Middle”, “The X Show”, and collaborated in productions for the History Channel.

Currently Kevin heads-up the public production department at Tualatin Valley Community Television (TVCTV) and is also a Technical Director at Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB). He was also recently hired to begin teaching Broadcast Production classes at Portland Community College.

Born in New York, and raised in Southern California, Kevin is bilingual in English and Spanish, and in his spare time he enjoys windsurfing, international travel and watching great films.

The Washington County Public Affairs Forum meets from 11:45 am to 1 pm at the Peppermill Restaurant, located at 17455 SW Farmington Rd, Aloha, OR. Please note the new location.
